Senior UX Designer - Haven
As a Senior UX Designer you will live and breathe exceptional user experience. Wanting to create user journeys that will not only make the website intuitive for our customers but to improve key business KPI’s. We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes.
•Represent the "User Experience" translate customer requirements into defined specifications and inspire the Engineering team to develop the right product delivering value to our customers and our business.
•Use multiple sources of data as a research process to define what site’s primary objectives are and who are the primary customers for each of the objectives
•Develop expert-level knowledge of competitive and complementary products and bring new ideas to the team.
•support experiences developed based on responsive design principles while contributing in development of our design system.
•Working/collaborating closely with development, Product Managers and Testers to create the best user experience
•Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
•Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
•Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
•Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and Developers
•Portfolio proving you have 4 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
•Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must.
•Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
•Solid understanding of front-end, back-end, and the software development life cycle would be a great advantage (no coding required).
•Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
•A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
•Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
•Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
•A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
•Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
