The Purpose of the role:

With My Business:

•Role modelling effective leadership behaviours and our vision and values at all times
•Deliver our sales targets against budget, balancing caravan stock, managing margin and cost control
•Establish and deliver a park vision and strategy based on the commercial and customer needs on park

With Our Guests:

•To deliver the very best sales experience for our prospective owners embracing a 'breath of fresh air' approach to sales; selling with integrity, honesty, openness, transparency with the customers' needs being at the heart of what we do
•Provide high quality support and guidance for our holiday home owners throughout their ownership journey
•To consistently build and maintain owner relationship through trust, knowledge and empathy to continuously help families realise their dreams

With My Team:

•Attract and recruit team members and develop them to be the very best sales team through coaching, training and support
•Recognise and celebrate individual and team success
•Lead individual performance through establishing clear expectations and agreeing targets through ongoing review and feedback and formal appraisals.
