Team Leader – Burger King - Haven
As a Burger King Team Leader you will ensure all operational standards are in place and followed. Assisting the management team in the running of the restaurant, ensuring all guests are given a positive experience, whilst maintaining high standards of food quality. You will also implement all food safety measures, using the tools available. You will manage, coach and drive your team to achieve the best possible results.
Getting the Job Done
•Working closely with the Restaurant Manager ensuring that our customers get great products and a friendly service from a motivated team
•Lead the team, ensuring that everyone is aware of their daily duties
•Motivating the team to ensure great results
•Manage deliveries and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in line with procedure
•Actively involved in food preparation
•Ensure that products are stored in designated containers with correct labelling to prevent spoilage
•Ensure and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene making routine checks in line with company procedures
•Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures
•Ensure colleagues comply with uniform regulations
•Ensure staff receive their designated break periods and meal allowance
•Ensure selling up practices are used
•Provide on-the-job training to new staff and coaching to all staff
•Develop team members’ skills and workstation proficiency
•Ensure completion of own Team Leader training
•Cross-train with other team leaders to develop own skills
Be an Ambassador of Customer Focus

•Ensure a clear and tidy eating and serving area so that our customers have utmost confidence in us at all times
