Site Warden - Team Welfare & Liaison

Our park teams are lead by a General Manager and have a number of Heads of Department or HOD’s which form a part of the park leadership team. Regardless of role they fulfil, the overall aim is about being an antidote for daily life and therefore our parks being a ‘breath of fresh air’ for our holidaymakers and owners. Supporting each other to deliver a set of crystal clear values ensuring that all team members help to create amazing experiences and memories for our guests, equally focussing on standards and services at all times.

We describe our team members, at all levels, as ‘bright and breezy’ people and you will need to have the right attitude for consistently living by dare to care, yes I can, keep it simple, make it fun and do the right thing for our guests.

As a Site Warden – Team Welfare & Liaison I am responsible for:

• Team Welfare – point of contact for team with twice weekly “Open Forum” in team training room for team to pop in, have a chat and a coffee. HOD’s to support.
• Team Comms – “Team What’s On” board on A block wall which warden will keep updated with team offers, news etc.
• Organise team events - BBQ’s etc.
• Liaise with Site Maintenance team to report any works that need attention
• Liaise with security over any disruptive behaviour
• PAT testing
• Communicating effectively with all involved on all health and safety matters. 
• Ensuring all systems are up to date at all times utilising company reports
• Managing safety check jobs (PAT Testing) and ensuring all accommodation is legal and safe 
• Audits of team accommodation units (Inventory & Maintenance)
• Weekly reporting to HOD’s
• Be an ambassador for our company mission & “Breath of Fresh Air” Values

Skills Required

• First Aid trained
• Good organisation skills and must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage their own work load 
• Good communication skills 
• Ability to use own initiative and make decisions when required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience of working in a team environment
